Approximately one third of all emergency call outs to canoes, kayaks and paddleboards are to those that appear abandoned or have come adrift. Yet the paddler is perfectly safe.

Identify your SUP or kayak with permanent marker pen or use one of the free laminated stickers produced by HM Coastguard and the RNLI. By having your name and telephone details visible on your craft, you could avoid needless potential sea and air searches - and if you genuinely lose it, you will get it back!
